Good product, fast shipping

I bought the Pediakid Immuno-Fort. It arrived quickly, took about 4 days to get to me. My child seems to like the taste, which is a plus. Good experience overall.

Decent supplements, smooth ordering

I ordered the Pediakid 22 Vitamines et Oligo-éléments for my kids. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. Delivery was fairly quick, got it in about a week. The product itself seems good; my children are taking it without issues. I contacted customer support with a question about dosage, and they responded within a day. No complaints about the quality so far, seems like a reliable brand for kids' supplements.

Mixed feelings on delivery time

I purchased the Pediakid Gommes Immunité and the Gommes Multivitaminées. The products themselves are great, my kids actually ask for them, which is rare for supplements. The pricing was reasonable, especially with the free shipping threshold met. However, delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach my address in California. I've had faster shipping from international stores before. Everything was well-packaged though, nothing was damaged. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delivery status. I'd buy again for the product quality, but hope shipping speeds up a little.

Has anyone tried the 2 products bought, 3rd free deal? Does it just automatically apply in cart or do you need a specific code for it?

R Ryan 2 months ago
For those kinds of promos, it usually just pops up in the cart once you add the qualifying items. No code needed from my experience.

Yeah, I got the Immuno-Fort and 22 Vitamines and the third one (I picked Sommeil) just showed up as free. Super easy.

Thinking of buying a few things to hit that free shipping threshold. Is it $39 before or after any discounts are applied?

I Ivy 2 months ago
It's usually based on the subtotal *after* discounts are taken off. So make sure you're over $39 post-coupon.

I always aim for a bit over just to be safe, but yeah, it's the final price after everything is applied that counts for free shipping.

I might need to return something if it doesn't work out. How easy is their return process? Do I have to pay for shipping back to France?

D Dana Lindqvist 2 months ago
Returns were actually pretty straightforward for me, but yeah, you'd be on the hook for return shipping if it's not their fault.

I returned a wrong item once and it was handled fine. Just make sure to contact them first for instructions, but expect to pay for shipping back.

Are these supplements actually good? I usually get Alvityl for my kids, but Pediakid popped up. Any thoughts on how they compare?

B Beth Y. 2 months ago
I switched from Bion 3 to Pediakid for my youngest and noticed a difference with the Nez-Gorge for colds. Seems to work well.

I've used both and honestly, Pediakid feels more natural to me. My kids prefer the taste too, especially the gummies over some of the other brands' syrups.

what payment methods do they take? I only really use PayPal for online stuff.

S Shane A. 2 months ago
Pretty sure they take all the standard cards and PayPal too. I always use my Mastercard without issues.

Yep, PayPal is an option. Used it last time for my order.

Hey, thinking about getting some stuff for my little one. What's the shipping usually like to, say, California? Is it super slow since it's from France?

C Chris 1 month ago
Mine took about a week and a half to get to me in Florida. Not too bad for international, I guess.

T Troy H. 1 month ago
Yeah, I'm in NY and it was like 8-10 days for my last order. They use a pretty decent international shipper so it's not like forever.

My kid is super picky about textures. How do the gummies compare to the syrups? Is one generally better tasting or easier to get them to take?

T Troy G. 2 months ago
Gummies are usually a hit! My daughter hates anything liquid, but she thinks the multivitamins gummies are candy. Huge win.

R Rachel H. 2 months ago
The syrups can be a bit thick for some kids, but the taste is usually fruity. If yours is really texture-sensitive, probably start with the gummies. Way easier.

Are the products really natural? Like, no weird artificial colors or sweeteners in the syrups and gummies?

S Sarah Foster 2 months ago
From what I understand, they use plant extracts and natural stuff. My kids haven't had any bad reactions, which is usually a good sign.

P Paula 2 months ago
They're pretty big on being natural. I've checked the ingredients on a few bottles and it looks legit, mostly fruit extracts and minerals. No crazy chemicals.
